1. Ordering & Delivery

  • Orders placed before 2 PM will be processed the next working day.
  • Standard UK delivery takes five working days (excluding Channel Islands).
  • Our primary courier is APC, but alternative carriers may be used.
  • If delivery is unsuccessful, a contact card will be left to rearrange it.

2. Refunds & Returns

  • If your product is damaged, faulty, or incorrectly substituted, we will arrange a full refund or replacement.
  • Unopened bottles of substituted products can be returned for a refund.

3. Product Availability

  • If a product is out of stock, we may provide a substitution of equal or greater value.
  • We will notify customers before processing any substitutions.
